Community Guidelines
TimerBrightâs community is for cheering each other on. Many members have ADHD or find focus hard, so kindness matters more than anything.
Be kind and encouraging
- Celebrate effort, not perfection. No shaming, mocking or âyou should have done moreâ.
- No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or slurs.
- No sexual content, and no content involving minors in any way.
- No spam, ads, scams or links to sell things.
- Donât share other peopleâs private information.
Who can join
Accounts are for adults (18+). Kids can use every Timer and Kids mode without an account. If you think someone is under 18, report them with the reason âunderageâ.
Your safety tools
- Private by default: your sessions are shared only with partners and your groups unless you choose otherwise. Project names are hidden unless you turn them on.
- Block: a blocked person canât see your activity, follow you, comment, cheer or send you rewards.
- Report: every post, comment, profile and group has a Report option. Our moderators review reports, and content with several reports is hidden automatically until reviewed.
- Limit comments to followers, partners or no one in your account settings.

TimerBright isnât a crisis service. If youâre in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or, in the US, call or text 988.
Enforcement
