How to use the Kids Timer
- Pick an animal: turtle, bunny, dinosaur, rocket and more.
- Set the minutes and press Go.
- The animal walks along the track as time runs out.
- Turn on Kids mode in the header to make the whole site bright and simple.
Kids understand time better when they can see it. The Animal Timer turns waiting, tidying, homework and screen time into a little race to the finish.
Parents and teachers can switch on Kids mode at the top of the page. It gives every Timer big buttons, simple words, fun sounds and praise, and it stays on for this device until you switch it off.

Questions
Is this safe for kids?
Yes. There are no accounts, chat or profiles. Timers run in the browser and nothing your child does is uploaded. Ads on kids pages are non-personalized.
What is Kids mode?
A switch in the header that makes the whole site bright and playful, with big buttons, Animal Timers and happy sounds. Switch it off again with the same toggle.
Will it make a sound when time is up?
Yes. Pick a sound under "Style, color & sound" and press Test to check your volume. On phones, make sure silent mode is off.
Can I get a notification in another tab?
Yes. Turn on notifications and you will get an alert when the Timer finishes while this page is open in the background.
Does it work offline or as an app?
Yes. TimerBright works offline after your first visit, and you can install it to your home screen or desktop like an app.
